Background of WMI

Walya Management Institute (WMI) is a private organization established by senior management professionals and consultants enthusiastic to promote modern management knowledge and skill in Ethiopian. WMI is a key player and an important management consultancy and training organization established to provide excellent service in the area.

WMI is emerging as an important statutory body in the provision of management consultancy, training and research in Ethiopian. It believes that the problem of underdevelopment is positively correlated with low management practice in a nation, as Peter Drucker stated it: “there are no underdeveloped nations as such but under managed ones”.
